At The Flat Fee Agent, we handle all the details for listings that choose our flat fee option. While agents aren’t directly involved with these listings, they benefit from every lead generated. Plus, agents have the opportunity to host open houses at any of our listings, helping to generate even more valuable leads.
What kind of leads can we expect?
A significant portion of our leads consists of highly motivated buyers who are eager to purchase and often want to move quickly. Many of these potential buyers do not have an agent and are specifically interested in our property listings. We ensure these buyer leads are directed to our agents efficiently.
Additionally, we also generate leads from sellers. Some sellers prefer to list their homes in the traditional way with the assistance of a dedicated agent, rather than utilizing our tech-focused, self-service model. In these cases, our Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) hand over these listing opportunities to our agents.
What are your fees?
