2. User Responsibilities
   Users must provide accurate and truthful information when utilizing our services. Misrepresentation of property details or any other provided information may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
3. Payment Terms, Document Processing, and Refunds
   All service fees and deposits are required upfront to initiate services, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Upon receipt of payment, The Flat Fee Agent will send necessary documents, such as listing agreements or buyer agreements, to be signed by the client.
   • Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits cover essential setup costs, including photography, signage, lockboxes, and MLS listing services, and are non-refundable once services have been initiated.
   • Refund Policy: If the client does not complete and return the required signed contract documents before any services are rendered, payment may be refunded. However, once the signed documents are received and services begin, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
   All content on The Flat Fee Agent website, including but not limited to text, images, and software, is the intellectual property of The Flat Fee Agent. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
   The Flat Fee Agent is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services, including, but not limited to, the success or outcome of property sales, buyer negotiations, or fluctuations in market conditions. Our services are provided to assist in the listing and marketing of properties, but we do not guarantee the sale or specific outcomes.
